Purple Is The Color of Money

If you are looking to add more "green" to your bank account, consider adding purple to your desk!

Feng shui is the chinese art of arranging our space in a way thats attract "chi" or positive energy of the universe. The color of the object or possession is just as important as where we place it. In feng shui, the color purple represents wealth and abundance. When you place a purple item you like in a specific location, attracting wealth and abundance increases dramatically.

I'm going to share a few of basic strategies you can use immediately on your desk top.

1. Clear off your desk top. Wash it off.

2. Sit down at your desk. Imagine that it is divided into 9 equal parts. The quadrant to your far left is your "wealth and abundance" corner. 

3. This is where you want to place a purple item, preferably something that has meaning to you. For me, this was where I had a photo of my family. I simply painted the frame purple with paint from the craft store.  I also had a piece of "fools gold" that we had found on a family vacation in Colorado, so I painted a small piece of wood purple and glued to rock to it.

(Instead of buying something new, take something you love and add purple to it, whether it's a purple mat under your lamp, painting the base of your lamp purple, etc.) 

4. Look at the items you cleaned off your desk. Now that you are attracting wealth and abundance, you'll want it to stay for awhile. The easiest way to do this is to have a clutter-free desktop. This allows the "chi" or abundance to linger which creates greater opportunities for you. "Chi" won't enter a cluttered space. If you want to attract wealth and abundance, you need to make room for it. 

5. If you have "unresoved" files, you need to remove them from your work area. This would be files on potential clients/customers that are inactive or never became a sale. Unresolved files block wealth and abundance, so move them away!

Everyone wants to attract money and increase their bank balance, but not everyone knows the exact method or ways to do that. It’s quite an unbelievable thing that even color makes such a big difference. Nice article, good work.

It sounds really woo-woo but does work. Try combining something purple and something red (for fame/reputation) and wear or hold it at your next sales call or networking event and see if anything happens differently than normal. Let me know! :)
